Lady is a pampered cocker spaniel adjusting to her family's new addition to the home. Hurt about their attention towards the baby, she ventures out and meets Tramp, a mutt who knows life on the streets. As they spend more time together, a romance develops that forces Lady to choose between her family and the mutt who has stolen her heart. Along the way, the pair meet a who's who of dog pound celebrities and nefarious animals alike.
